“MySpace and other social networking sites have attracted a lot of attention lately. Moms and dads are concerned about the risks their children may face in such environments, but also recognize the benefits. How much do parents and guardians know about internet safety? What are they doing to help their kids stay safe? Cable in the Classroom recently released results from surveys of parents and educators at a PTA Back-to-School Media Briefing in New York on August 10, 2006.
